I’m Tadd Permenter, founder of CompassMed. I launched CompassMed in 2014 with a mission to streamline and simplify the workers’ compensation process for physicians and clients alike. With over 12 years of experience in the workers’ comp industry, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges and needs in this space.

Before starting CompassMed, I was part of the services team at nationwide ancillary service provider, where I gained valuable insight into the coordination and execution of medical services within the claims process. That experience helped shape the hands-on, solutions-driven approach I bring to my own business today.

I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science from Florida State University, where I met my wife, Danielle—also a proud Seminole. Together we’re raising two energetic boys who keep us busy on and off the field. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, tennis court, or coaching my sons in whatever sport is in season.
